Service – the ToucanMobile website and digital eSIM services
User – any person accessing or using the Service
eSIM – a digital embedded SIM enabling mobile data connectivity
Order – the purchase of an eSIM data plan
Activation – successful installation and network registration of an eSIM
3. Scope of Service
ToucanMobile provides digital eSIM data plans allowing Users to access mobile data services without a physical SIM card.
The Service:
is delivered electronically
is activated digitally
does not include voice calls or SMS unless explicitly stated
The platform is built on a Laravel-based backend and payments are processed via Stripe.
4. Eligibility and User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you confirm that:
you are at least 16 years old
you have legal capacity to enter into a contract
your device supports eSIM technology
your device is not carrier-locked
the information you provide is accurate and complete
You are responsible for verifying device compatibility before purchase.
5. Account and Orders
Creating an account may be required to purchase an eSIM
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
All Orders are final digital purchases, subject to the Refund Policy
Delivery begins immediately after successful payment
6. Digital Content & EU Withdrawal Waiver
By completing a purchase, you:
expressly request immediate delivery of the digital eSIM
acknowledge that performance begins immediately
agree that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law once the eSIM is delivered or activated
This consent is required in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
7. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe
Prices are displayed before checkout
Currency conversion may be applied by your payment provider
ToucanMobile does not store full payment card details
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
In summary:
eSIMs are non-refundable once activated
refunds may be granted only under specific conditions
9. eSIM Activation and Usage
Activation instructions are provided after purchase
Network availability and performance depend on local operators
Data speeds and coverage are not guaranteed
Fair usage policies may apply to unlimited plans
10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
use the Service for unlawful purposes
abuse network resources
engage in fraud or chargeback abuse
attempt to interfere with the Service’s infrastructure
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
11. Service Availability and Limitations
ToucanMobile does not guarantee:
uninterrupted connectivity
specific data speeds
continuous service availability
Service quality depends on third-party network operators.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials on the ToucanMobile website are the intellectual property of SKYNETIA LTD.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
ToucanMobile is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
total liability is limited to the amount paid for the eSIM
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ToucanMobile harmless from claims arising from:
misuse of the Service
violation of these Terms
violation of applicable laws
15. Suspension and Termination
ToucanMobile may suspend or terminate access:
for breach of these Terms

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
